Modification of kettle spout. ケトル注ぎ口の加工

アウトドア用のケトルでのコーヒードリップが難しいと感じた事はありませんか？市販のケトルに少しだけ手を加えるだけで、お湯を細く、真っ直ぐ注ぐ事ができてグッとドリップがしやすくなります。

Sometimes It is difficult to pour over coffee with outdoor kettle. Here, we'd like to introduce a method to modify kettle spout for better pour control.

今回加工したのは、トランギアの0.9リットルケトル。アルミ製、無駄のないデザイン、このケトルは定番ですね。

手順 1

注ぎ口を下部をラジオペンチなどでつまみ、すぼめます。

Process 1

Nip the under side of the spout by pliers and make it narrower.

手順 2

すぼめた注ぎ口の下部の先を下へ少しだけ返します。

Process 2

Make the tip of spout to be curved.

※素材によっては変形できなかったり注ぎ口に亀裂が入ることがあるので慎重に。

*Depending on the material, it may be difficult to do this modification.

加工後の注ぎ口はこのような形状になります。
